Trillium Drivers is now seeking Autonomous Vehicle Operators / CDL A/B Truck Drivers in Sherman, TX!
Pay is $24.00 - $27.00 per hour. Schedule: 8 -14 hour shifts available, 7 days per week (Drivers start as early as 4:00 AM and end as late as 3:00 PM. Shunter hours will be 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
Join the driving team supporting our middle-mile delivery operations in the greater Sherman area. We’re seeking highly motivated CDL A or B box truck drivers with at least three years’ experience to assist in testing and enhancing the performance of our driverless 26-foot-long box trucks. You’ll be responsible for transporting dry and refrigerated cargo, collecting data, offering feedback to engineering teams, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
-Safely operate 26ft (or longer) box trucks along local Sherman area routes for on-time deliveries to retail customers.
-Act as an ambassador for the company, communicating effectively, tracking and reviewing job-related data, and performing ad-hoc projects.
-Maintain assigned vehicles by keeping them clean, performing daily safety checks, and reporting any issues.
-Collaborate with software/hardware engineers and operations team members to complete route testing and provide performance feedback.

Requirements:
-3+ years possessing a valid CDL A or B driver’s license
-3+ years recent local delivery driving experience, including at least one year driving box trucks at least 26’ in length for middle mile deliveries
-25+ years old with a clean background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Record check
-Willingness to work flexible hours on weekdays and weekends
-Customer relationship management experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Organized and proactive, with solid mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience driving 26’ box trucks for middle-mile deliveries in the Sherman area
-Experience driving box trucks up to 35’ in length
-Previous relevant experience in automotive technology/engineering roles or as an automotive technician
